Lets say I have a gui named MyGui. Now I have a TextListCtrl named MyList Parented to a ScollCtrl Parented to a WindowCtrl. How would I get the ID of TextListCtrl to do like MyList.addRow() And also how would I make a gui do something (say add stuff to the TextListCtrl) when the gui is pushed onto the screen |

In fact, why are you just restating what Chrono said, but in a more confusing way because you're not even making full sentences that make sense. If you name the GUI object "TextListCtrl", then doing "TextListCtrl.addRow(%text);" will work without the need for an ID. |
