Instead of these massive penalties that make people not want to play anymore (sitting in jail for 5 minutes fun fun fun) you offer incentive for players to do what you're trying to make them do. The jail system is completely handicapped. |

You could simply not include weapons in the game. They don't serve any useful purpose in an RP. |
