Looks like a nice motherboard, bundled up with 6 gb of RAM for only 399.99$.

Yet what I'm curious is, in the specs, it says PCI Express x16 slots.

Would a PCI Express 2.0 Video Card work on that? I only plan to use one videocard and I'm trying to get the best performance out of my parts.

I'm sort of new to doing this stuff and have been reading about the different computer parts so I actually know what I'm buying, but I couldn't find a very good answer to that.

PCI-E 2.0 hardware is backwards compatible with PCI-E motherboards. That motherboard most likely supports 2.0 anyway. It's the same standard with some tweaks as time goes on; I think there is a version past 2.0 now as well.
