There's a billboard that shows PSO ep 1 & 2 when fighting the first hero side boss in Sonic Adventure 2: Battle.

In GTAIV there's a street named "Squid Row", a reference to the hair band Skid Row.
I used to hunt Easter Eggs in Halo 2, and found that on Burial grounds, there's a giant smiley face made up of elements of the map that you can only see from one location.
In The Darkness you can watch all of To Kill a Mockingbird or some old movie like that in Jenny's apartment.
