Yes, it still works for me.  If it doesn't work for you, you probably have an issue with flash, or your internet security settings.  Either update flash, and if that dosen't work adjust your security settings to allow flash to play on internet explorer. 

If this still dosen't work put your head between your legs and kiss your keyboard goodbye.

I've updated Flash over and over, it works sometiems but not all. How do I "adjust your security settings to allow flash to play on internet explorer"

When using Internet Explorer, click Tools (at the top) and go down to Internet Options.  Click the Security Tab and there is a button called Custom Level.  Click that and go through it and I belive somewhere it allows flash.

Use firefox/Opera and stop giving webdesigners/yourself a headache.
