Oblivion: Locating a Cave/Mine/Cavern

How to haggle successfully? I see no change when I adjust the little slider.

It IS very gradual, but eventually you'll get it.

I just turned a corner and saw a clothed goblin running to the end of the tunnel, it looked tough. I can't believe it didn't see me.

You do realize that you do all the caves, you can end up with 100k atleast.
