Yes.
If you sign up with a free email account such as Hotmail, Gmail, MSN, AOL, etcetera you will be put into the Blockhead group.  If you use an ISP email that comes with your internet you will have the ability to PM and vote on polls.  Basically, if you spam and attack the forum with an ISP email - Badspot can report you to your ISP.  It says this ALL when you sign up.  You need to read what you're agreeing to for now on.

But I have AOL, but its not free, I have a dial up connection (aol) and I got to create the email because of that. So, that doesnt count as free. Right?

The best I can do for you:

►►If you sign up with a free email account (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc) you will be assigned to the "Blockhead" group, which has restrictions placed on it.

►►No-signup emails such as mailinator or dodgeit are not allowed.

►►Your account may take up to 24 hours to be approved, please be patient.
