Oblivion: Chicken suit?

I'm playing on the XBOX 360.
I have no addons/plugins. Just the single disc.
My sister's boyfriend claims that he has a friend who runs around in a chicken suit, killing people. I asked him if it was the PC version. He said no.
So, I want to know if this thing really does exist, and where, or if I need to purchase a certain addon.

WELL, it must only be possible in the 360 version, because I see no item code for a chicken suit
