All I can do is make it fuzzy.

Don't stress out your eyes too much, try going cross eyed but don't over do it, if you understand me.

It takes a lot of practice.

Try moving the black dots together.

Once they're perfectly together, look up at the moving 3D render above but don't uncross your eyes.

This part may take some practice but eventually your eyes will focus while still retaining the crosseyed position, and the image becomes clear.

You're over stressing your eyes to the point where they do nothing. Have you had a problem with 1 eye in particular? If so, you can't do this very well.
