Laptop?If so, go figure. Since it's the mobile version of the GTX260 chip it obviously has lower RAM. Figures.also you can't replace a GPU on a laptop without having to do a bunch of stuff.

Then it is a problem. All GTX260s should have at least 512MB of VRAM.Or your info is just forgeted up.
Hopefully just that.
Open up dxdiag and look under the Display tab to see how much RAM you really have.
