Yeah I've done next to no mCIAoning so def not me. We should work on it though.
edit: k guys, im gonna seriously start considering locations. blaman has suggested keproh and i have one other location im very familiar with in mind, anyone else?

We could set up in Ichoriya. It's a level 4 mission hub and it's got close low-sec acess. Not so good mining though because of the traffic.
