As a matter of fact. And this could actually be more cheap-ass than the Military Sniper and Pistols. Higher ROF, higher DPS, perfect accuracy, and as far as I've tested, has as long a range as you'll ever need. I'd consider revising this to fire actual bullets, with equal or greater damage.
