He's the Chief of Police. He's not that bad anymore, otherwise I wouldn't have given him a good job, in-fact he's a decent roleplayer.

Anyway, yeah, Truce is upgrading my script in the next few days (<3) so I'll be hosting soon. You may add me on Windows Live, as I post my server status as my status typically.
Caution:
I joined a while ago, was there actually like GUIs there? Or was it mostly based on text?
