"Wtf" moments from any game

Telly:
The invisibility headband in Darkseed. I put it on to escape from prison, but there were no guards. Then it stopped working when I left the police station, and I found out I needed it to get into the archives. Unfortunately, it only works once... I was killed by the thing that guards the door (the text box says something about being "struck down by [the creature's] thick, meaty tentacle"... *shudder*), and then put into some kind of pod.

Man 2:
Well I just arrived in Chorrol in TES IV, to find that it was raining in the game. Just as the city finished loading, the current song on my Walkman ended and B.J. Thomas' "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" came on :D
That's not a WTF moment really, just a win.

Fallout 3. I was going to do the Pitt, so i fast traveled to the Raven Rock ruins.

I then proceeded to jump down the rocks, and land in the middle of a Mirelurk Hunter gang.
So I'm running from them because I had already tried this 4 loving times, and a group of yao guai come out of loving nowhere and rape the mirelurks, who then proceed to chase me.
I ran up a hill, with them right behind me, only to find a group of wastelanders lookin for oasis. i talk to them and they go hostile right away.

So here: Running from about 3 yao guai and 4 wastelanders.

As I keep running up the hill, I run into a raider party of about 5. FML. I barely manage to run right through them, with the yao guai and wastelanders hot on my trail.

So here: Running from about 2 yao guai, 4 wastelanders, and 5 raiders.

So I take a turn to the right, and run into a loving enclave camp. 4 enclave soldiers, an officer, a sentry bot, and a loving deathclaw. They all chase and shoot at me, while completely loving ignoring EVERYTHING ELSE chasing me.

So here: Running from about 2 yao guai, 4 wastelanders, about 4 raiders, 4 enclave soldiers, 1 enclave officer, 1 sentry bot, and 1 death claw.

I keep running, thinking I'm almost there, and I run into a loving albino radscorpion. That bitch did more damage to me than everyone else.

So here: Running from about 2 yao guai, 4 wastelanders, about 4 raiders, 4 enclave soldiers, 1 enclave officer, 1 sentry bot, 1 death claw, and 1 albino raddy.

As I jump a cliff, thinking I'll get away safely, I land in the middle of another loving enclave camp. This time, full of hellfire soldiers and another death claw. Not to mention that other stuff group following me found their way around, so they all met up and decided I was worth more than each other.

So here: Running from about 2 yao guai, 4 wastelanders, about 4 raiders, 7 enclave soldiers, 1 enclave officer, 1 sentry bot, 2 death claws, and 1 albino raddy.

As I'm being chased by all those little forgets, out of nowhere a group of talon company mercs just charge into the middle of the action shooting everyone up, but not me. At that exact moment, everyone goes "well forget this" and starts blowing the forget out of each other, with me on the sidelines randomly throwing plasma grenades like a handicap.

After all this, I end up being chased by: Nobody.
