I just need someone to answer a question of mine. I want to get rid of the custom skins I have installed, but the only way to get rid of them is to reinstall TF2. Will this get rid of my items, or do the items stay with the Steam Community member?

I would think the items are saved to your account. Not your computer.

I uninstalled TF2 and installed it again from Steam few days ago.
I got everything like normal
Other than skins and other custom stuff of course
