Can't see what was bold, so I'll assume it was the last section.
You get less items by idling than before the update, but not less than a non-idler.

Idling = less items
Not idling = more items until you hit a certain cap that is determined. It's not low though and rolls over every week if you haven't used it.

I have the Tyrolean and Tousle cap, but so far I've had the Tyrolean and two sniper hats (which I then crafted into the tousle cap because I hate sniper) drop
