The Mini-Nuke was not failed because it was spammed and caused lag. If you spammed the rocket launcher enough it would also lag. The reason it was failed was because it overwrote the rocket launcher damage.

I've seen some forums that don't show links to people who aren't registered. If we had something similar to that, maybe it could be made visible to people, but it just seems like it would be a waste of effort to incorporate something like that with no practical use.
