For pre-ordering at gamestop you get a helemet, belt, and chestpiece or something. FOr pre-ordering the special edition you also get more spartan armor and an Elite armor set.

You don't get Recon from pre-ordering, you get it if you have all of the Halo 3 and ODST achievements or something.

That's to get it in Halo 3, not Halo Reach
