It would make recon worthless. through everything I've heard (and boy I've heard alot) I've never heard such a statement. you might've heard someone say, "Recon MIGHT be unlockable through the vidmasters". As of now, and I say this with a passion: RECON HELMET IS ONLY ATTAIANABLE THROUGH PRE-ORDER AT GAMESTOP.
