It seems very simple and spammy, but the layout/storyline looks good.  Improve the actual buildings and decrease spam...and then you'll be good.

The only time I actually used spam is when I figured I HAD to use it. Yes it is pretty simple and some of the buildings (such as the ones outside of the town) were made that way on purpose. I could go back and try to lower spam though
