I don't really see any why it would be fake. Cartoon animators have been known to sneak stuff in without the network knowing, just look at Disney.

Bloody Gir is only in certain episodes... The major one I know of is in Mortos Der Soulstealer, and its right when the pipes come out of Zim's house as they get closer and closer to the screen, go frame by frame and you'll see him.

I did, I frame by framed right up to the part where it zoomed a tiny bit. Something doesn't go from impossible to see to 100% crystal clear with a minuscule zoom. It just doesn't happen.
