Where Is Heaven in GSF NYC?

The only museum in the map contains an Easter egg list with the words: 'Blue Heaven'
(At least in winter version it does AND in winter version Blue Hell is actually a race track)

I cant find neither heaven or hell, but can somebody tell me the paridise heaven location?
