Tf2 minigun with 2 hands?

Actually, I think someone ported this to RTB. Link.
EDIT: It doesn't have the hands but its still the TF2 Minigun.cigarette didn't have permission to port it..

Still can't find it but it had a new model with 2 hands and a better aim. Maybe the ported one has it?
