Halo: CE [Custom Edition]

Does anyone have this/ heard of it? It's like original Halo, but it allows you to download modded maps, such as maps where you can drive Pelicans and Scarabs and use Halo: Reach weapons and all that jazz. Even vehicles that are in different games. It's pretty neato. Just wondering if anyone's heard of it.
