Basically look at the row where the first image is Waddle Dee with his feet out (as though he is in mid air)
Now, look at the pictures that are two pictures to the right (everything past Waddle Dee with his Umbrella closed except the final final picture)
So that would be him swaying in midair.
That is what I want. For avatar.

It's sorta chippy and has an outline.

You can't get rid of the outline on an animation with transparency, I don't understand what you mean by chippy.
