I honestly don't see how that is bad parenting

they don't know any better.
if you truly believe that, then you should NEVER be a parent, because your kids will be raised messed up.

kids can be trained.
just because many parents dont know how, dont mean its natural for kids to be loving stupid and obnoxious.

a proper reaction to your kid screaming obscenities out o window is to be slapped across the face. that's not even abuse.

I hate seeing kids get hit, they don't know any better.
And how do you think a child with little social and linguistic experience learns? Through primitive violence they can understand that's what.

If you don't expose the kid to such things, then they won't be bad. Yelling works fine. I was never hit and I have never been suspended from school, yelled at by a teacher, and never disrespect my parents.

Your argument is against child abuse yet yelling is just another form of abuse.

Id much rather have my parents hit me than verbally abuse me :(

I'm sure that's where all of you got the idea that hitting your kids works.

no that is incorrect.
sheltering kids from love, violence, and swear words does not prevent them from abusing and misunderstanding these things.
that is LITERALLY choosing to NOT teach a child. so the result WILL be bad.

plus it is impossible to not expose a kid to swearing in the world. you must be living under a rock if you believe that for 1 second.

the fact is, telling kids to do or not do things isn't teaching. even kids are human beings that can better learn through explanation and logic and reasoning.
this is why most parents fail. posting rules is not teaching.

People tend to forget Humans are animals too. I hit my dog when she went on the couch, does she do it anymore? No.

You have to train dem kids with violence at a young age
that way, when they grow up, they will know not to do that or they get hit.

There's better ways to get a dog to stop going on the couch.

Like, I don't know, maybe training.

I never received physical punishment as a child. I was 19 the first time my mother ever tried to hit me.

The best trained dogs I've seen personally all received harsh physical punishment for doing bad. My neighbor tells me he used to beat the stuff out of his dogs when they were puppies being bad. They are older now and incredibly well mannered and friendly. Of course he treats them with love and respect when they are deserving of it too.

I also saw some bad parenting recently. Some person raised this kid who likes to anger other families, and then proceeds to write about it online. Using horrible grammar the whole time.
