Lost Addons (Not a repost topic)

I was wondering if it was possible to find/post old/lost addons again.
I actually want the Fallout 3 Laser Rifle back (=C). . . If anyone knows a site or something simular to that in which has lost/old/failed addons on it, post it if you'd like.

Why would you want a failed addon?
