A.R.C. sent me a link to this trailer not long ago, which teases a game being made by Telltale Games.

If you don't want to watch it, or can't tell who the shadows are, the game appears to feature:
* One of the guys from Penny Arcade (If you know who he is please mention it)
* Max from Sam & Max
* The Heavy
* Strong Bad
More information will be revealed September 2nd.
