Okay so you need to do this:
* Improve the roof, its bland and a bit random. If your gonna go for flat, don't add stuff on top of it.
* The path is ugly, get rid of it or decorate it.
* Interior is bland, make a few partitions, add wallpaper or different decor, fix the layout.
That gives you something to do! And no more excuses!
