My Lucid Dream was triggered by me saying "This is not real life, I can't control my body and its not as vivid" then I flew around for hours and had love with a girl :P

Ok so this was like a school setting but like forgeted up because i was on a bed. I was talking to this one chick and she was all like "ae you gay?" I was like "Nope." She was like ok proove it, and then we layed down and just held eachothers hands (wtf no love?). Then the teacher was all like hurr computer time. We got on these dinosaur computers that were on like dial-up and had 4 inch screens. we did some kind of application then i woke up

I'm not sure, but I think you can "jump" into peoples dreams. My friends say they see me in their dreams blowing up stuff the past night, and thats exactly what I was doing except that I was in an unfamiliar area(i try to familiarize myself with places in my dreams, I am familiar with 4 places right now).

Maybe you're spongebob and you jump into peoples' dreams and forget stuff up.
