It's easier in my opinion and quite intuitive. |

Blender also has a lot of hotkeys to remember, and that's no fun. Wings uses a simple menu that's accessed by right-clicking the 3d space. It's basic operations such as rotate, scale, extrude, inset, bevel and other self explanatory functions. Although Wings has a couple hotkeys, there's not nearly as much to remember. S (smooth) and C (connecting vertices) are the only ones I need to remember. I use Wings for basic modeling. Seeing as Wings doesn't have a good built in renderer, I export to .obj and import into Blender to add fancy stuff such as reflectivity and transparency. It's all a matter of practice, too. It's just that Wings allows you to practice faster, in a sense. |

So i should use wings before moving into blender is what your saying. THanks Ill downlaod it and try it out now. Just one more question. It says that i can colour in blender, How do i do that i want to make my gun look a little bit better Scratch the paint i made it worse xD Can you paint in Wings? |
