I was thinking it would be nice if it was under the sea, and had ports for Russian space shuttles to land.

It looks alright for a beginner - which I am assuming you are. May I ask why there are armed guards at a public pool?

There should be pandas, fix up the fen suai of the pool. R2D2s should serve drinks by the poolside.
