In fact I rarely ban people in general. Sometimes someone will ask for admin and I will give it to them and ban them for a minute for the reason "Just kidding LOL". But that's only for a minute,

You're right, I really don't. If someones not having fun at my server, they can easily fix their day by leaving.

This is actually pretty true, reaper hasn't spammed me for a few months.
He just bums around riding a vehicle and making silly comments or playing in the DMs we have going on.
