It's not just about fun.
Someone may have built something really nice, just to lose it because some kid you made admin went ape-stuff.

I don't give admin to random people (without taking it away right after). That only happened once, and I only got complaints about one build being cleared, and they had a save of that build anyways.
It even says in my own info booth that its likely your build will be cleared and you need to save it. Of course, this usually means I myself will clear it if its been sitting there for weeks or its spam, but none the less, you need to save if you're in any kind of freebuild.
IDK what reaper does in other servers because I usually hang around in mine, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't stray too far from servers hosted by NWB, Niga or ORGY clan members
