The "pipes" are mere decoration and are seen in most BAN builds.

But where can I find them? And of course they're decorative, that's the whole point.

Oh! I misunderstood your question.
Those a "Pipe Bricks" and can be found on RTB.

Edit: Ah, I found them. I'm not sure if I want all those other bricks, though...
Edit: Scratch that, too! I'm picking out only the octo bricks :)
