How Do I Change The Fire Rate Of A Fully Automatic Weapon?

I need help with editing some script for something.
I have edited and messed with script enough to know what to do so i don't need a huge tutorial.
I wanted to know how i could change the fire rate of a weapon.
If anyone could help that would be great!

Find This "stateTimoutValue[2] = 10.0"  Whatever number it is. The lower it is, the faster the firing rate is.
