last time i bought a console i had to buy a separate memory card
i have a somewhat low budget and want to get the most for my money

OP is stupid. Don't ask a forum to give you the pros and cons of a console. All it does is cause stuff to happen. Instead of being lazy, you should just research each console's pros and cons by yourself.
