Scripting Easiest Program/need help

Language like coding language? We'd have thought, by now, you'd have seen code for example and understand it a little. Torque code. My Notepad++ relates it to "C#".

I have yet to figure out how to view a code on an addon or a gun. I feel dumb not knowing. I have seen parts of codes around the forum, but have little/no understating of it. Thats why i want to learn it.

So im guessing torque script is readable through notepad then?
