Clearing Gmod add-ons

So, I have accumulated quite a bit of useless addons for Gmod, but I don't know how to clean the entire thing out. I have deleted the local game cache, but that doesn't remove the addons.
Do you delete the garrysmod folder in Steamapps?

NO! Do not delete that folder. You can higlight the addons in the addon folder fro mass deleting, but DO NOT delete that folder. It contains material and textures and stuff like that.
