Games that you wish existed

Exactly what it sounds like, if you want a 3D love sim that is A-Okay.
Personally I'd like a high quality vampire rpg. Like Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines, only without the bad graphics, glitches, and iffy combat engine. It's still a great game but it has issues. If my dream game was set in the Masquerade universe it would be perfect.
I also think a real life rpg would be cool.
What would you like?

I wish I could play a game where I was a gigantic monkey who stepped on small kittens and earned points for it.
General Nick:
A Command & Conquer 4 that didn't suck richard. Too bad though they already made it suck richard.
And a Red Alert 3 that didn't have a stuffty plot.
And a Cities XL where the developer didn't abandon it like an abortion baby.
