Imagine Oblivion only pirate based, with Gmod's ability to create and customize your own boat after having to collect (or purchasing) your own supplies. Then multiplayer/lan so that you and your pals could go together on your boat and do stuff. Then, if you felt like it, you could go on land, depending if there are people (AI) or not, you could pillage, and then you could terraform the land however you want it (Minecraft only more detail), build structures, like Blockland. (only with more detail like Gmod, but a basic easy grid functionality.) There wouldn't be a set story line that you were forced to play to gain anything, but there could be side missions or tasks you could do. (Oblivion minus the main story line) There would also need to be the ability to change your beginning, like how you came to be in the game. (This was the only turn off to oblivion was that you always started out from the jail and leaving the sewers.)

Tell me you wouldn't play the stuff out of a game like that.

Someone has a forgeted up Ps3, mine takes seconds, along with all of my friend's Ps3s I played on.

loving epic.

How about this, a Mirrors Edge styled game, but it's also a sandbox (Such as GTA).

I would love a good first person pirate game where you can get actual players to work on your ship. Similar to what tape said. You could find islands that are tiny and make a camp and drink rum all day or take over ports and make citizens your slaves. The ships would take damage realistically, not just switch models to show damage. Each crewman could aim their cannon and where the cannonball hit, and actual hole would blow into the side of the ship.

Blockland, but in MMO/FPS/Building form. The graphics level would be increased by far making the shadows, textures, and models look more close to real life. You would be able to build your own vehicles, complete quests earning new bricks to use, conquer backyards and ponds and such, build boats to sail in rivers and pools or planes to fly around in. Your vehicles would be made out of bricks so they would actually fall apart when shot in the correct spots. I was originally planning on making something like this but it would be a pain in the ass to get multiplayer working without lag.

a multiplayer game that uses euphoria as the physycs engine, and you can build stuff, destroy stuff (not bricks)
