Tolkien made the "elves are good with bows" cliche. It's not surprising that everyone wants to play one. Plus they're all gay for Orlando Bloom, 100% guaranteed.
Edit: Is it wrong that I have 255 silver at level 12? I mean I'm prone to ending up with more money than I should have (7 gold pre-BC in WoW at level 21) but this seems ridiculous. Nothing is expensive. :I
