I was thinking of a destroyed theme unless you guys can find me some nice textures
the textures form HL2 look like someone took a crowbar to them.

God damn put in a cubemap to those surfaces, the error texture reflection is fugly.

This is an odd suggestion--but can you add a field behind the buildings once you actually get them added, and then put an abandoned greenhouse in that field? I think it would add to the creepyness.

Like meteors hit the earth and dust clouds covered the land so nothing could grow.

Shut up you don't know think about mapping, i'm not play testing the map YET i don't need loving Skybox brushes, this is how a map in loving development works!
If i place a bunch of brushes no one in the topic will even know what, they are looking at in the screen shots! did you even read this topic at all?
