Why don't you post your updated pictures. It's a lot easier to judge something when you can actually see it. Unless of course it's a duck cause then you know it rocks and you can hear ducks with their awesomeness quack so you don't really need to see but thats the only exception.

The Tardis has 2 locks. One to use a key in, one to lock from the console wit hthe shields to go up. Also, a Extra Tardis key is hidden in the "P", of 'p'olice Public Call box.
