Author Topic: What is your oldest coin?  (Read 5260 times)

I found a drill underground that glows whenever I want to punch somebody in the face.... Does that count as old? (herp)

I found an ancient civilization in my front yard.

Uh, I think my dad has a coin from biblical times

I'm not gonna root through his lil' cardboard box of assorted old coins just to verify it, though

I found an ancient civilization in my front yard.
I found a skull with a hat.  It had a couple feathers on it too.

My T.V. wasn't working since.

A silver spanish coin from like 1800 something.

1800's coin and coins from early 1900's to the 60's or so.

I've got a 2010 penny on my desk.

2008 Banco Central De Reserva Del Peru

I have 11 irish 3 pences, 4 from 1933, 5 from 1934 and the other 2 are 1928.

They are all in uncirculated condition thanks to my great grandfather being fond of coin keeping and collecting (Thanks to him, I have these coins because I also have interest in coin collecting.)

Here is a picture:

All together, these coins are worth €1,090. I however, wish to keep these coins until I can pass them on to my children/ grandchildren, should that not happen however, I'll sell them.

A sack of roman coins from bronze to gold.
