I thought I dropped 2 Magnetic balls (See Neocube) in it and it started smoking and I heards a TZZZZZZZZT noise, No clue what it was but my neocube is safe!

in my 4th grade computer class this one kid set a magnet down near his monitor and it messed up and the tough as nails computer teacher bant him from it for the entire semester

Yeah... Luckily it was my imagination (Probably) and nothing fell in, also my laptop monitor is not affected by magnets

Usually/Sometimes, the magnets can affect the data on the computer.
