How do i get add-ons downloaded from servers to work?

But that doesn't work with private mods. He's asking how to get a private mod after downloading it from a server.

You need a handful of patience. Just wait until I release it or join one of the two server when they're up.

gravity cat,i was never going to release it,and Ephialtes,Peejster is right.....,would putting a server.cs file in them work?,and also,how do i get .oogs to appear,i have some that are check marked but when in a server that i make it wont show up.
