You're still loving crying over this? The animal was dead before he kicked it. A bird isn't sentient and doesn't care if it is kicked after death. Animals who die in the wild end up getting picked apart by scavengers anyway; there is no noble death for them.

That said: torturing living animals or attacking them unprovoked is messed up.

animals have 2 rights
to be cute and delicious
On the contrary, thats completely acceptable. Though I will break anyone's legs if I see them hurting an animal for no apparent reason.

Not the same rights as humans. But enough so that we can't abuse them. However, some animals just need to die in order for us to live. Cause in the long run, us living is more important than a bear that ate you alive living.

animals don't have souls
neither do gingers

Humans are mutated animals, not overlords of the universe.

even if you are all religious and crap.
animals are STILL nothing and soulless (if you are muslim/jewish/chirstian)

they are nothing but a resource to use, and stupid people with all their pointless feelings want to draw the line like it matters.

beating a pet cat is basically destroying your own property. pointless, but nothing more.

skinning live animals for fur is more of an efficiency and expenditure decision.

wild animals are deemed state property, thus vandalism or theft (similar laws)

this

People would accept a sick dog into their house but they wouldnt accept a sick man into their house.
Some people put their pets as a priority over themselves. Its not like dogs can become scientists or doctors or motherloving soldiers.

Humans are animals, so I don't see your logic.

And everyone isn't all "they have feelings, don't hurt them!". You can look at it in other ways without not knowing what you're talking about.

The sick dog wouldn't steal stuff.

Also, who are you talking about?

i never put humans above animals.

just as animals are a tool for us to live our lives.

we belong in the same food/use chain. just because we have the means to not be killed in the wild so easily, dont mean the laws of nature arent applying to us.

let them evolve so that they are higher up. till then they are our bidding.

The sick dog wouldn't steal stuff.

Also, who are you talking about?
a show called pet hoarders and a lady my dad met on his job.
Also, DID YOU KNOW, THAT DOGS CAN BE loving DEPRESSED?

the only thing that makes us different from animals is that we can acknowledge we are feeling things. This causes us to try and interpret them with all the confusing non-associated things from modern society.

we call all these natural animal feelings "emotions" as if they are unique in some way. but the truth is, people are so busy with religious thoughts that they look TO far for meaning, like it couldn't really be so simple...

i would kill or be killed for food or supplies (or to not be killed). its my right by nature to do so.
my species lives in packs, so i dont personally have to do the killing, but it needs to be done.
i dont feel bad about any of it.

humans also have opposable thumbs and the ability to hold and use a weapon
