okay but reason I using this shaper easy use is add a bone to a model that all.
I have Milkshape and Blender both full verison, lucky me. I found forum about Flatshading for Milkshape with a tutorial, I not want depend to someone can make for me, no way. I want try doing this and start learn. Someday I get full verison of Google SketchUp 7 cost $600.00.  Aslo I has Torque Constructor really extreme hard for me using it. Tomorrow after work, I come home, try on milkshape with Flatshading. I hope it will work, once It successful.

Next I am try make track brick style. If swtich track, I have going using jvs script. what about track curve ? I feel that track curve requirement use eulerToAxis / axisToEuler script going be more extreme make.

I did flatshading in  milkshape, then I has test it in my server, what I see ? a damn ghost, I see nothing.

If there are no proper materials assigned to the model, the model acts like that. Also, you have to make sure that the rotation is all right. Torque Showtool can be really useful with bug tracking, as it shows your model the way it should appear in-game. If you see the orientation messed up or some other peculiarities, you can always fix them and then re-export.

MilkShape forgeted up my model already, I have re-do model on Shaper software all over again, Trader's topic is outdated: August 20, 2007. It need updated today year 2010.

Apparently you have no clue how this works.

First of all there are missing textures
Second Its not scaled correctly
Third the wheels are off
Fourth there isnt a Colision within the model
Fifth there are probably no joints
Sixth This is all wrong, all loving wrong.

I suggest you let someone who accually knows what they are doing handle something like this, I could have done it better.
Try this:

Merge the player model with the Model you're using and scale the model until the player seems to fit.

Last night I open my server and they join in my server was full !!!  they was have fun with mine carts.

they love and addict mine cart every minutes. they were telling me that demand release to RTB. wow.... I  told them, I not know when will be released to RTB.
