Unlikely.
Bankruptcy =/= Abandonware.
Abandonware is when the license for a software runs out, expires or is otherwise gone and is officially considered freeware. See; SimAnt. Maxis is still in business but the license for it is done with.
At least thats what I remember it is, I might be wrong.
